The nonprofit practice of The Minot Group provides consulting services to a variety of small nonprofits. The practice has expertise in a wide variety of organizations including education, advocacy and social services with a focus on strategic planning and implementation. A pragmatic approach is taken through a comprehensive understanding of the mission, culture and resources of the organization. Working in collaboration with major stakeholders an actionable and measurable plan is formulated.

Fees are commensurate with the size of the organization.
